Proper daily maintenance of paper machine doctor blades can effectively extend their service life and reduce wear and tear. Before each shift, check the blade pressure and angle, and clean up paper scraps and sticky deposits on the blade holder to prevent jamming caused by impurities. Regularly lubricate the pneumatic and hydraulic components of the holder to keep them running smoothly.
