In high-temperature environments of 150-200°C, high-quality composite ceramic doctor blades offer an average service life of 800-1,200 hours, while traditional blue steel/ordinary steel blades last only 150-250 hours. At high temperatures, ceramic coatings maintain stable hardness, providing 4-6 times better wear resistance than traditional materials; tungsten carbide-coated blades deliver even longer life, up to 6-8 times that of traditional steel blades. Under high temperature and abrasive load, ceramic blades exhibit far lower wear rates than traditional steel and retain excellent geometric stability. Proper selection and standardized use significantly reduce replacement frequency, lower overall costs, and enhance operational efficiency and stability.
